# Connectors

> 将业务系统中的记录和文件引入 Flowglad

Connectors 将外部系统中的记录、文件和事件引入 Flowglad。它们为 agent 和团队提供了一种一致的方式，来处理分布在账簿、薪资、银行、电子邮件、电子表格、事务所管理工具以及通过浏览器访问的应用中的客户数据。

**Connectors** 是账户级别的受支持 provider 和访问产品目录。**Connection** 是一个已配置的 provider 实例，可以暴露给 Spaces，并供其 Pages 和 Automations 使用。打开 **organization menu** → **Connectors** 以浏览 provider 并配置 Connection。

## Connector 的职责

一个 connector 可以提供：

* 授权和连接生命周期管理
* 特定于 provider 的读取和写入
* 已连接账户的身份和范围信息
* 用于搜索、分析和 automation 的规范化记录和事件

## 以来源为依据的工作

Connector 数据始终与其来源绑定。当 Flowglad 在分析或操作提议中使用已连接的记录时，审阅者应当能够了解是哪个系统提供了该证据。

## 连接生命周期

授权与连接可用性是两个独立的关注点。撤销授权可能会使其连接不可用，但会保留其配置和 Space 暴露设置。重新连接即可恢复访问，而无需重建工作区设置。

请以 **organization menu** → **Connectors** 下当前的 **Browse** 目录作为受支持 provider 的权威来源。Browse 中未列出的 provider 没有可自助使用的原生 Connector。根据具体工作，请改用 [Browser](/docs/zh-Hans/browser-use.md) 或将源文件添加到相关的 Space 中。
