# 概念

> Workspace、記憶、automation、提議，以及以來源為依據的分析

## Workspace

Workspace 是公司或事務所團隊的作業情境。它包含 Flowglad 所使用的頁面、已連線系統、檔案、automation 與審查歷史。

## 客戶情境

客戶情境是關於一項委任案的持久記憶：範圍、作業歷史、工作筆記、來源檔案、已連線系統的記錄、先前的分析與核准。

## 已連線系統

已連線系統會將來自總帳、薪資、銀行、email、試算表與事務所管理系統等工具的記錄與檔案帶入 Flowglad。

## 頁面與記憶

頁面用來整理客戶記憶與分析。它們可以從已連線的來源重新整理，並連結回支持各項論點的記錄或檔案。

## Automation

Automation 會根據自然語言指示與 workspace 情境，準備週期性的工作。它們可以讀取來源資料、草擬分析，並準備後續步驟。

## 提議與可審查的動作

Flowglad 可以提議動作，並附上理由與佐證。在發布、傳送或變更任何敏感內容之前，由團隊決定哪些項目需要審查。

## 以來源為依據的分析

分析應將結論連結到特定的記錄、檔案或頁面，讓審查者能檢視證據與稽核軌跡。
