# Skills

> 為外部 agent 與 Automations 建立可重複使用的套件

Skills 是由指示與選用的輔助檔案所組成的可重複使用套件。它們讓您的團隊只需定義一次完成某項任務的可重複方式，便能在 Flowglad 中一致地套用。

每個 Skill 都有名稱、slash command slug、說明，以及以 Markdown 撰寫的指示。輔助檔案可提供遵循這些指示所需的額外脈絡或資源。

## 將 Flowglad 作為團隊的 Skill 資料庫

Flowglad 會將每個 Skill 保存為具版本的套件。發布變更會建立新的 revision，而不是直接取代先前的套件。組織管理員可以開啟 Skill 的 **History**，在可用時檢查其 revision、比較變更、還原較早的 revision，或捨棄草稿。

這為您的團隊提供了一個受管控的地方來維護可重複使用的指示，同時保留在特定時間點哪個版本處於作用中。草稿與被拒絕的 revision 不會取代作用中的版本。

### 透過 MCP 管理 Skills

連接 Flowglad MCP server 後，agent 便可為您檢查並管理組織的 Skill 資料庫：

* `skills.list` 會傳回該連線可見的 Skills。
* `skills.get` 會傳回單一 Skill 的最新與作用中 revision 中繼資料。
* `skills.create` 會提交新的 Skill 套件。
* `skills.create_candidate` 會為既有 Skill 提交新的 revision。
* `skills.publish_revision` 會驗證並發布延後處理的 revision。
* `skills.create_package_upload_session` 與 `skills.finalize_package_upload_session` 用於傳輸因過大而無法內嵌傳送的套件。
* `skills.get` 會回報已接受請求的驗證與升級結果。

建立或更新 Skills 需要團隊成員的組織 membership 與 MCP 連線的授權上皆具備 `skills:write` 權限。如果您在連接 server 之後才加入此權限，請重新連接 Flowglad MCP 並授權 `skills:write`，寫入工具才會變為可用。

**權限：** Admin 預設具有 Skill 撰寫權限。若要給予 Contributor 相同的權限，請開啟 **Settings** → **Team**，選取該團隊成員，並啟用 **Skill Authoring**。這會授予建立與更新組織 Skills 的權限，而不會讓該成員成為 admin。

## 將 Flowglad MCP Skills 載入您的 agent

Flowglad MCP server 會在 MCP 初始化期間宣告 `io.modelcontextprotocol/skills`。這會告知相容的用戶端，該 server 實作了 agent Skill 方法 `skills/list` 與 `skills/get`。每個傳回的 Skill 都包含 `skill://` 資源 URI 與內容摘要；用戶端可以使用 `resources/read` 擷取檔案。

連接 server 並不保證用戶端會呼叫 `skills/list` 或安裝傳回的套件。各用戶端的支援程度不一。若您希望 agent 在每次工作階段開始時重新整理 Flowglad registry，請在 ChatGPT / Codex 或 Claude 中加入啟動指示。

**MCP 命名：** 這些名稱是刻意設計成不同的。帶點的 `skills.list` 是用於組織具版本 Skill 紀錄的 Flowglad 工具。帶斜線的 `skills/list` 則是用於探索面向 agent 之 Skill 套件的 MCP 協定擴充方法。

### 加入啟動指示

在開始新的工作階段之前，先建立一次目標目錄，然後加入下方對應的指示區塊。

#### ChatGPT / Codex

使用 `mkdir -p ~/.agents/skills` 建立 ChatGPT / Codex 的目標目錄。

將以下區塊放入 `~/.codex/AGENTS.md` 以套用至每個專案，或放入儲存庫的 `AGENTS.md` 以與該儲存庫的團隊共用。

3. For every returned Skill, retrieve its manifest with `skills/get` when available, then read each listed resource with `resources/read`, beginning with `SKILL.md`.
4. Synchronize the package into `~/.agents/skills/<skill-name>/`. Compare the returned content digests and rewrite only new or changed Flowglad-managed files. Never overwrite or delete unrelated local Skills.
5. Treat the refreshed Flowglad package as the source of truth for this session. Make the synchronized Skills available for automatic matching and explicit `$skill-name` invocation.
6. If this ChatGPT / Codex client cannot call the Skill or resource methods, report that limitation once and continue without claiming that the registry was refreshed.

## Skills 的使用位置

Skills 目前有兩種使用者：

* 相容的外部 agent 透過 Flowglad MCP 探索並同步已啟用的套件，然後自動比對或依名稱呼叫它們。
* Automations 會將確切的已發布 Skill revision 固定為 OWS `skill-revision` 程式碼資源。Automation 會選取套件路徑與進入點；agent 步驟只會收到經密封執行能力集合授權的 Skills。

第一種路徑為外部 agent 提供可重複使用的指示。第二種則為可重複的 Automation 執行提供不可變的程式碼與輔助檔案。已發布的 Skills 適用於整個組織，因此經授權的 Automation 可以在任何 Space 中選取相同的 Skill revision。使用它的 Automation 及其執行仍歸其所屬的 Space 所有；選取 Skill 不會改變這個邊界。

## 建立與維護 Skills

開啟 **organization menu** → **Skills** → **New Skill**。在 **Skill** 分頁中，輸入 **Name**、**Slug**、選填的 **Description**，並在 **Markdown** 中輸入可重複使用的指示。使用 **Files** 分頁加入任何輔助套件檔案，然後選取 **Create Skill**。

Slug 使用小寫字母、數字與連字號，須以字母或數字開頭，也就是使用者在 `/` 之後輸入的內容。

建立或編輯 Skill 會產生草稿。在 Skill 詳細資料頁面上，編輯會自動儲存；選取 **Publish Draft** 以驗證並發布草稿。如果驗證失敗，請依據顯示的診斷資訊修正草稿，然後再次發布。

使用 **History** 檢查 revision、還原已被取代的 revision，或在可用時捨棄可變的草稿。**Disable Skill** 會將其從外部 agent 探索與 Automation 解析中移除，但不會刪除 revision 歷史；**Enable Skill** 則會讓它再次可用。

## 使用 MCP 建立或編輯 Skill

使用已連接的外部 MCP 用戶端進行以套件為優先的撰寫。在編輯既有 Skill 之前，請先呼叫 `skills.get`。使用 `skills.create` 建立新套件，或使用 `skills.create_candidate` 建立以目前作用中 revision 為基礎的 revision。

小型套件可以內嵌提供。對於較大的套件，請呼叫 `skills.create_package_upload_session`，上傳所要求的物件，然後以 `skills.finalize_package_upload_session` 完成。如果驗證被延後，請呼叫 `skills.publish_revision`。輪詢 `skills.get` 以取得已接受的生命週期請求及其驗證或升級結果。

發布 Skill 不會建立、修訂或啟用 Automation；需要時，請明確使用 Automation MCP 生命週期。

## 從 Skill 範本開始

**Skills** 頁面包含 **Skill Templates**。搜尋或篩選目錄、預覽範本，然後選取 **Copy Skill**。複本會成為組織的 Skill，可以像任何其他 Skill 一樣編輯與發布。

## Skills 與 Automations

Skill 定義如何執行可重複使用的工作，但不決定該工作何時執行。

當工作需要手動執行、依排程執行或回應事件時，請使用 Automation。Automation 可以固定一個或多個 Skill revision，讓相同的實作在各次執行間重複使用。
