### 1. 透過您的 AI agent 建立 automation

選取 Create Automation 以開啟設定對話方塊，其中提供可直接複製的現成提示詞。將其貼到您[已連線的 AI agent](https://flowglad.com/docs/zh-TW/mcp-server.md)，它會引導您選擇 Space、觸發條件與步驟。

### 2. 從 Stripe 觸發 automations

從受支援的 Stripe 事件啟動 [automation](https://flowglad.com/docs/zh-TW/automations.md)，涵蓋收費、爭議款項、退款、Checkout 工作階段、客戶、訂閱與發票。每個 Stripe 連線只會接收來自其連線時所用之 live 或 test 模式的事件。

### 3. 選擇 Xero 組織

當您[連線 Xero](https://flowglad.com/docs/zh-TW/connectors.md) 時，選擇要將哪個可用的組織連結到您的 Space。之後您可以中斷其中一個組織的連線，而其他 Xero 組織仍保持連線。

### 4. 在 automation 執行中查看事件活動

Runs 分頁現在會顯示每個觸發事件的狀態，例如 Awaiting Capture、Dispatched 或 Dispatch Failed。若您有權更新該 automation，可對符合重試條件的失敗擷取使用 Retry Capture，或對已就緒的事件使用 Redispatch。
