1. Set up your organization after signup

Signup now asks only for your name and account details. A four-step onboarding then helps you name your organization and add a logo, upload a profile picture, and choose up to 6 apps to connect. It ends by asking “How’d you hear about us?”. The apps you choose appear on Home under Connect Your Apps, so you can connect them later. If you are new and choose Google or Microsoft on Log In, Flowglad now continues straight into signup instead of asking you to sign up first.

2. Check template apply status from your agent

When your AI agent applies a template, it can read the destination with spaces.get and the returned operation ID to check on the apply. Use it to confirm whether a template finished applying before your agent continues.

3. Use one MCP account in several Spaces

A custom MCP account connected to one Space now appears in your other Spaces under Available Connections and in New Connection → MCP. Select Connect to Space to add it. Each Space reviews and approves that account’s tools on its own. To change approvals later, select Edit Scope from Connected Spaces. Learn more in Connectors.

1. Connect one agent to several organizations

Connect an AI agent through the universal MCP URL and include several organizations in one authorization, with separate permissions for each. To add an organization you join later, authorize again.

2. See images in Pages

Pages now display Markdown images from HTTPS links or from files in the same Space. When an image points to an unsupported link or a file you cannot view, Flowglad shows a placeholder instead.

3. Create up to 10 Spaces on Plus

Organizations on the Plus plan can now create up to 10 Spaces, up from 5. This matches the Spaces limit shown in the pricing section of the Flowglad homepage.

1. Sign in with Microsoft

Sign up or sign in to Flowglad with a Microsoft work, school, or personal account. If you already use Flowglad, sign in first, then connect Microsoft from Sign-In Methods in your profile settings.

2. Run paused automations manually

Pausing an automation now only stops event and scheduled runs. You can still select Run now to test or run it on demand, and the automation stays paused afterward.

3. See affected Spaces before deleting an account

When you delete a connected account, the confirmation now lists the Spaces that will lose access. If you cannot view some of those Spaces, Flowglad tells you the list is incomplete.

1. Create an automation from your AI agent

Select Create Automation to open a setup dialog with a ready-made prompt to copy. Paste it into your connected AI agent, which guides you through choosing a Space, trigger, and steps.

2. Trigger automations from Stripe

Start an automation from supported Stripe events for charges, disputes, refunds, Checkout sessions, customers, subscriptions, and invoices. Each Stripe connection only receives events from the live or test mode it was connected in.

3. Choose a Xero organization

When you connect Xero, select which available organization links to your Space. You can later disconnect one organization while your other Xero organizations stay connected.

4. See event activity on automation runs

The Runs tab now shows each triggering event’s status, such as Awaiting Capture, Dispatched, or Dispatch Failed. If you can update the automation, use Retry Capture on retry-eligible failed captures or Redispatch on ready events.
